All of our coconut water is clear when bottled, however, some bottles turn pink with time due to varying levels of antioxidants, or phenols interacting with light. Also, due to seasonal harvesting a greater amount of very young coconuts may be used that would also affect the antioxidant and phenol levels, causing the pink colouration. We could use additives to hide the colour change, but the pink bottles are just as delicious and safe to drink as the others. Variation is a part of nature.

Our certified organic coconut trees couldn’t ask for a better upbringing. Loved and nurtured on a small, single-estate family farm in a pristine eco-system, they push their roots deep into fertile sandy soil, and lift their faces to the hot sun and refreshing tropical rains in a place renowned for growing the most delicious coconuts in Thailand. Absolutely no agro-chemicals are allowed on this farm—just tried-and-true traditional practices like crop mixing, mulching and composting—and an extended family of crops and wildlife that ensure rich biodiversity. In the groves, the trees snuggle happily with feathery asparagus, sweet pomegranates and exotic jackfruit; and resident komodo dragons strut on the edge of mangrove-wading canals, rich with bird and aquatic life. When the young coconuts have matured enough to release their sweet freshness, they are gently hand-harvested at the peak of their nutrition and flavour.
Production
Every care is taken to preserve all the essential nutrients, enzymes and electrolyte-loaded goodness. Within just a few hours of harvesting, FeedingChange Young Thai Coconut Water is fresh-frozen in our production facility just 15 minutes from the farm.
